Holiday apartment “Nürnberger Strasse ”.
Between the landlord and the leaser of the abovementioned holiday apartment a contract about the use of the holiday apartment is entered.
With the reservation the leaser recognizes our general terms of business as obliging.
Conclusion of a contract:
The reservation occurs by e-mail. With the preservation of the reservation confirmation the reservation becomes legally binding. The leaser is responsible for all people travelling with him.
Payment:
With the reservation confirmation the leaser receives information about the payment of the rent price. Before the travel beginning a deposit is to be made, this is directed after the rent duration and is made up as follows:
- reservation duration to 7 days 20% of the agreed rent price
- reservation duration from 7 days 30% of the agreed rent price
With short-term reservations individual arrangements are possible regarding to the deposit. These must occur, in any case, in written form. With long-term reservations (from 1 month) individual agreements can be concluded, should be gone out no arrangements must occur, in any case, from a deposit at the rate of 30%.
The deposit must have come at the latest within 5 working days after the date of the reservation end on our account. Should no monetary entrance be registered after this period, delay fees are raised at the rate of 5.00 EUR, except the leaser provide the evidence that a monetary departure has already occurred in the agreed period.
Cancelation terms:
Changes can occur provided that possibly, only through change of the contract. Changes must occur, in any case, on time and in writing.
- with cancellation to 1 month before the rent beginning, free of charge
- with cancellation to 14 days before the rent beginning, 30% of the agreed rent price
- with cancellation to 7 days before the rent beginning, 50% of the agreed rent price
- with cancellation after 7 days before the rent beginning, 100% of the agreed rent price
The leaser has to the right to put a next leaser who takes over the contractual obligations in his instead of. Nevertheless, the landlord keeps to himself the right to decline before this without information of reasons. If the leaser had to go before the agreed renting - for reasons of which are not to be represented by the landlord depart the full rent sum is entitled to the landlord.
Rent duration:
The rent duration is fixed in the contract.
The arrival on the journey day occurs from 16:00 o'clock.
The rent time ends on the departure day at 12:00 o'clock.
Achievements and prices:
The extent of the contractual achievements arises from the achievement description of the contract. The rent object may be inhabited only by the personal number given in the reservation confirmation. Besides, children are valid as people.
Duties of the leaser:
The leaser undertakes to treat the described holiday apartment and the rooms certain for the common use together with facilities and technical arrangements with greatest care, as well as to follow the house order and to keep it. Everybody, the leaser or people travelling with him, to caused damages is immediately to be indicated and to substitute. The smoking in the holiday apartment, as well as in the elevators is not permitted. Bringing of domestic animals is permitted only after separate inquiry. The landord keeps to himself the right to decline the inquiry.
If the holiday apartment leaves, the leaser and everybody travelling with him, must pay attention to the fact that all windows and doors are firmly closed. The landlord does not stick for originating damages like burglary or theft in the property of the leaser. The holiday apartment is to be handed over on the departure day to the landlord.
Deposit:
For the apartment keys a security is to be deposited at the rate of 70,00 EUR which is refunded with the departure for key handing over. Should a key have been lost, the security will withhold to perform with this substitute.
Guarantee:
Should be ascertained with the relation of the holiday apartment any defects, these are immediately to be announced to the landlord. If your stay is considerably affected as a result of a lack and the landlord performs no remedy within an adequate term, the leaser is entitled to the rent decrease or notice. The notice of the contract is possible furthermore if the use is considerably complicated by higher power like natural disasters, fires etc. or is endangered. In this case the paid rent price of the rest duration of the tenancy is refunded. Further claims are excluded from it.
Notice:
The closed contract can be discontinued any time without observance of a term if leasers or travelling people with him behave in bothering, annoying or destructive manner in such a way that her places to stay in the holiday apartment cannot be expected of the inhabitants of the house. Should this case withhold will enter the full sum of the landlord.
House order:
Please, follow the house order being displayed in the holiday apartment in particular, please keep the usual rest times from 22:00 o'clock to 8:00 o'clock.
Liability:
The leaser sticks for him or people travelling with him caused personal damages and damages to property. Parents stick for her children. The landlord sticks for a proper function of the technical devices. The landlord assumes no liability with theft, fire damage and water damages to the property of the leaser.
Parking:
Enough parking bays are available before the house. For damages, burglary or theft of the vehicles no liability is assumed.
